Summary :
Blending a cone and a plane:
-
Always possible (with a single blending surface) if the cone's vertex
is pointing towards the plane.
-
Not always possible to do it, with a single blending surface, when the
cone's apes is pointing away; but it is always possible if we use more
than one cyclide.
