Director: Prof. Frederic Fol Leymarie

This programme provides an introduction to advanced
computing topics and techniques in the context of
visual arts and design. It will give you a firm
foundation in Computing, which will enable you to take
on a leading role in a creative or technical industry,
go on to do academic research at the boundary between
computing and art, or produce artworks that are
informed by the latest thinking in Computer Science.

Who is it for?

We welcome applications from people with a wide range
of disciplinary backgrounds within the humanities;
no prior in-depth knowledge of computing is required,
but we will expect you to have general skills of computer
usage and some experience of creating work using computers.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates
with relevant work experience,
or from applicants with a computing background
(especially in programming).
By the end of this programme you will be equipped with
the technological skills and knowledge to enable you
to analyse and design the kinds of computing systems
that are most important in artistic practice and design.

You should apply as soon as possible. Application forms
are available from the College's Admission website:
